Aimee Golant: Metal Art & Judaica

Livestream from Launch

Aimee Golant creates spiritual connection, hope, and healing  through ritual art.

I am a sixth generation metal artist, a granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, and an interfaith advocate, originally from Los Angeles. Upon my graduation from San Francisco State University, I began my career as a metal artist, creating Judaica and jewelry. I exhibit and sell my unique metal art internationally.

My art has been acknowledged in these humbling ways: endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and by Pope Francis; voted “Best Jewish Artisan Craftsperson in San Francisco” from the readers of the J. Jewish News Weekly; inclusion of one of my evocative mezuzahs in the Jewish Museum of New York’s permanent collection; created the mezuzah for the front entrance of the National Museum of American Jewish History; had one of my Barbed Wire Mezuzahs travel into space on two space shuttle missions; and, commissioned to create the crown for the Women’s Torah Project, one of the first documented Torahs scribed by a community of women from around the world.

I grew up, became a Bat Mitzvah and was confirmed at TIOH!  Now, I live in San Francisco with my husband David Casella and son Kaleb. Thank you for shopping my artwork.
